As well as multiple varieties and sizes of staple ingredients such as onions, carrots and potatoes, we can supply more exotic vegetables such as choy sum, tia to, witloof and daikon. They are prepared to your specifications – whole, chopped, frozen or fresh.
Our fresh vegetable service is particularly popular with superyacht chefs, who often find it difficult to source fresh products while cruising the South Pacific. We can also export New Zealand-sourced supplies directly to marinas in any destination.
